  • Fees: Analog to digital conversions begin at $75 per cassette and are evaluated on a case by case basis. Our analytical services are provided at a standard fee of $250 per hour.
  • Retainers: All work performed by our analysts is done by retainer (funds are collected at the beginning of the case from which to work). If a balance is due upon completion of the case, that amount will be collected before the finished results and report are sent to the submitter. For most cases, a retainer of $1,000 is required which provides four hours of analysis services.
  • Estimates: Upon receipt of the evidence, we will do our best to determine how many hours will be necessary to complete the request.  If the number of hours exceeds the initial retainer, the submitter will be contacted in order to approve the additional time.
  • Court Testimony / Deposition: We will testify and/or provide a deposition to our results at a cost of $300 per hour.  All reasonable costs relating to travel, hotel fees, incidentals, travel time, and standby time shall also be added to the cost.
